We proudly provide global shipping services, though there are some destinations we are unable to reach. If your location happens to be one of them, we will notify you immediately.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
LumiHand™ is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before finalizing your order. However, if we make an error, we will correct it and resend your order at no additional cost.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Once your package has shipped, any customs or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your package may be subject to these fees upon arrival.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Estimated delivery: 8-14 days on average.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. However, in some cases, tracking may not be available due to free shipping restrictions.
WHAT IF MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOWS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”?
Some shipping carriers take 1-3 business days to update their systems. If your order was placed over 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking info, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.
